This school year we are planning a monthly executive lecture series. Each month (usually on the third Thursday of the month) we will bring healthcare executives from the various sectors of healthcare administration to BYU. Hopefully you can take advantage of these executives' knowledge and experience to find your niche in this trillion dollar industry.
Association History
The club has been around for many years. When it started, who knows? But it used to be called
ACHE BYU student chapter. However, the ACHE has discontinued student chapters. Thus, we are now simply the BYU healthcare management association though we are still able to participate in state and regional ACHE affliates, in addition to events from other professional organizations.
Students who have participated in HMA (or formerly ACHE) events have been able to gain information, create friendships, and establish networks that have allowed them to be placed in rewarding professional careers and/or top healthcare administration graduate programs.
